HEALTH INSURANCE
Advance Physical Therapy participates with Medicare and several other federal and private insurance plans.
Below is the list of most insurances we accept at our offices. Before your scheduled appointment, our intake staff will do their best to verify your insurance information and benefits and you will be explained what your benefits are in terms of co-pays, deductibles, number of visits allowed, etc.
However, we strongly recommend that you reach out to your insurance and verify the benefits from your end as well.
Please note, if you have had any recent procedures and if your doctor’s office has not submitted their claims to the insurance, it might not reflect in your deductibles and out-of-pocket. Please bring with you all receipts of payments made for any recent procedures if you think you have met your deductibles.
